How to use:
- In a non-metallic bowl, mix toner to developer in 1:2 ratio using 6 or 10 volume.
- Apply to damp or dry hair. Works in 5 min. or less.
- For deeper pigment leave on for up to 15 min.
- To minimize the color deposit, change ratio to 1:3 or 1:4.
- Shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
- Apply your favorite conditioner or hair mask according to product packaging.

Pulp Riot Toners
Wanted a little violet hue on my hair after I had it bleached and this toner worked so good! Completely cancelled out all the warmth in my hair and it was a nice platinum color after it washed out.

Great Toner!
This toner is awesome. I bleached my hair and it was pretty yellow. The icy toner helped it so much by cooling down the yellow and left it a nice cool blonde. Would recommend and they have many colors!
