How to Use: Can be used on wet or dry hair.Apply directly onto the root in sections holding the nozzle 1/2 inch from the section you want volumized. Blow dry the product into the roots.

The reason for four starts instead of 5 is the fact this mousse does leave a little grit onto the hair and not every one prefers that. But, by having grit your style WILL hold all day!
